Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; preferred Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience in academic, healthcare, or educational setting preferred; customer service or administrative support desirable.
• Familiarity with coordinating events, programs, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare, coordinate, and deliver IPE learning experiences across campuses.
• Coordinate with colleges, programs, faculty representatives, and stakeholders under the Director of IPE.
• Attend team meetings and support planning discussions; take notes and prepare materials as needed.
• Provide on-site coordination and room/supply management for IPE activities.
