Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, Oregon, is looking for a key team member to assist in developing and implementing interprofessional education courses. This role entails a significant in-person presence while also incorporating remote work. Candidates should have a clinical doctorate or equivalent and relevant experience in interprofessional education.
The position offers a salary up to $72,000 annually, complemented by excellent benefits and a culture promoting student success and professional growth.
Under the general direction of the Director of IPE, this position plays a key role in supporting the operations and implementation of foundational educational IPE courses (5000 and 6000 series) as well as other team‑based IPE activities. Essential functions may require lifting less than 25 lbs. The work environment includes moderate noise levels in a home office setting for remote duties and allows for long periods of standing and engaging audiences for in‑person duties. No dedicated IPE office space; employees use open areas such as desks and work‑friendly environments and may commute between campuses as needed.
Maximum salary: $72,000 annually. Minimum salary: $72,000 annually. The expected pay scale reflects experience, skills, and qualifications.
