Under the guidance and direction of the Director of IPE, the Program Coordinator supports the coordination and implementation of Interprofessional Education ( IPE ) learning experiences, activities, and related programming.
This role collaborates closely with all members of the IPE support team to assist in the development, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring of IPE learning experiences and activities. The Program Coordinator helps ensure smooth delivery of IPE sessions by managing logistics, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day program operations across campus locations.
Based in Pomona, California, this position is primarily in-person during the IPE academic semesters, with work focused on supporting students, faculty, and staff in IPE‑related activities. Outside of the academic semesters, the role continues with responsibilities related to IPE and broader university duties, including preparation for the upcoming academic year.
Preference will be given to individuals with Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, healthcare, communication, or a related field.
