Job summary

Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, Oregon seeks a Clinical Education Coordinator to support the Doctor of Physical Therapy program's clinical education component and assist with recruitment and admissions. You will work alongside the DCE and ADCE to maintain compliant records and coordinate placements.

Key duties include administering Exxat, managing records and contracts, generating reports, coordinating site development, and supporting accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with administrative/secretarial work is expected.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and student placement software (Exxat) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independent review of clinical education data integrity and confidentiality.
• Administer Exxat, manage records and system data for placements.
• Coordinate affiliation agreements and contract records with faculty.
• Create reports from Exxat and CPI tools with DCE and faculty.
• Support recruitment, admissions, and site development activities.
