Job summary

DLA Piper LLP is seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the IPT practice’s BD and marketing priorities, including accelerator pitch materials, RFP responses, and awards submissions. This role offers broad exposure to client events, reporting, and thought leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in law firm BD/marketing, strong writing and project coordination skills, and familiarity with litigation analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3 years of business development, marketing, or pitch and proposal experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting litigation or intellectual property practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pitch, proposal, and RFP responses from kickoff through delivery, tracking deadlines and gathering inputs.
• Draft and edit content, bios, matter descriptions, and case lists with attention to accuracy.
• Support directories and awards submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, IAM, WTR) and plan client events.
