Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the IPT practice and its patent litigation initiatives. You will coordinate pitches, RFP responses, directory submissions, events, and reporting while liaising with attorneys and senior teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of business development, marketing, or pitch and proposal experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pitch, proposal, and RFP responses from kickoff through delivery, including tracking deadlines and gathering input.
Help schedule kickoff calls, capture requirements, and document key matter details and scope.
Conduct industry, company, and competitor research to support pitch strategy and use analytics tools.
Draft, format, and proofread pitch content, attorney bios, matter descriptions, and case lists; ensure client-ready deliverables.
