Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst for a W2 contract in South Jordan, UT. Hybrid role, in-office 3 days per week, 12+ months, max pay $21.09/hr.

Responsibilities include researching and responding to client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with partners to resolve issues. The role also covers client-facing phone support at least one day weekly, plus potential help with settlement processing, privacy opt-out tasks, and special projects,

Qualifications

• Excellent grammar and composition skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or a related discipline; work experience considered in lieu.
• Preferred candidates have knowledge of brokerage industry or banking operations.
• Strong initiative and drive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook programs.
• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
• Exceptional phone presentation skills.
• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment while handling a wide variety of tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated and succeed in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field and operations staff and management to elevate and resolve issues.
• Build strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes.
• Participate in coverage of client-facing telephone lines, providing phone support at least one day per week.
• Support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participate in special projects as needed.
