Qualifications

• Experience in investment management operations and performance reporting is required.
• Familiarity with benchmark calculations and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily performance measurement, validation, and reporting for portfolios and benchmarks.
• Perform quality control reviews and investigate performance, benchmark, and data exceptions.
• Assist with benchmark setup, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve operational issues impacting reporting.
• Support regulatory, board, client, and management reporting requirements.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for business partners and stakeholders.
• Participate in automation and process improvements using Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and AI-enabled tools.
