Job summary

Morgan Stanley Salt Lake seeks a Client Relations Associate to research and respond to client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal guidelines. You will collaborate with field and operations staff and management to resolve issues and build strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors.

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance three days per week, with occasional phone-line support and participation in projects such as settlement processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Familiarity with brokerage or banking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field partners, operations staff, and management to resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes.
• Support client-facing phone lines at least one day per week.
• Assist in settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects.
