Qualifications

• Licensing (Series 7 and 63 or SIE, 7 and 63, to be obtained within 90 days).
• Strong compliance record and ability to hold registrations in all states.
• Ability to build partnerships with business partners and work independently or in a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs over the phone.
• Discuss IRAs, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs, and related transactions.
• Create efficiency by answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades, and completing service tasks.
• Drive client growth and retention by combining engagement practices with AI-powered tools.
