Qualifications

• Licensing: valid and active Series 7 and Series 63 or SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent) must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Strong compliance record and ability to hold registrations in all 50 states
• Ability to foster partnerships and work independently or in a team
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and diagnose client inquiries

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs via telephone
• Discuss Individual Retirement Accounts (Traditional and Roth IRAs)
• Create business efficiency by answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades, and completing transactions
• Drive client growth and retention by combining client engagement with AI-powered tools to improve accuracy and decision-making
