JPMorganChase Wealth Management is seeking an Investment Professional to assist clients with brokerage accounts and deliver exceptional service by telephone. You will discuss IRAs, initiate trades, and work to deepen client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires licensing within 90 days, strong compliance, and the ability to collaborate with partners. After training, a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement is expected with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Licensing (Series 7 and Series 63 or SIE) must be obtained within 90 days.
• Strong compliance record and ability to hold registrations in all 50 states.
• Ability to foster partnerships with business partners and work independently or in a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and deliver exceptional service over the phone.
• Discuss IRAs, including Traditional and Roth.
• Create efficiency by quick call handling, needs identification, initiating trades, and completing service transactions.
• Drive client growth and retention using engagement practices and AI-powered tools to improve accuracy and decision making.
