Qualifications

• Licensing required (Series 7 and 63 or SIE + Series 7/63 within 90 days).
• Active registration in all 50 states.
• Ability to build partnerships with business partners and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Diagnose and resolve client inquiries and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs by phone.
• Discuss IRAs (Traditional and Roth) with clients.
• Improve efficiency by answering calls quickly, identifying needs, initiating trades, and completing service transactions.
• Drive client growth and retention by combining client engagement with AI-powered tools to improve decision-making.
