Qualifications

• Licensing (Series 7 and Series 63 or SIE, within 90 days)
• Strong compliance record and ability to hold registrations in all 50 states
• Ability to build partnerships with business partners and work independently or as a team
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and identify investment needs over the phone.
• Discuss IRAs (Traditional and Roth) and related retirement planning.
• Improve efficiency by answering calls quickly, identifying needs, initiating trades, and completing service transactions.
• Document interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
