Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, CFA, CAIA or similar strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation of investment performance data.
- Partner with operations, investment management, and external partners to resolve data integrity issues.
- Maintain and enhance performance and attribution reporting.
- Utilize statements and reports to improve transparency into portfolio exposures for performance/risk reviews.
- Serve as internal subject-matter expert for performance methodologies and analytics.
