Job summary

Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Performance Analyst in Milwaukee, WI to deliver accurate mutual fund performance data, publish monthly reports, and support regulatory filings. Hybrid model requires in-office presence 4 days per week.

The role collaborates with investment professionals and internal partners to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2+ years of performance analysis for fund performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
• Ability to work at a computer and use standard business software.
• Effective collaboration with colleagues, clients and partners.
• Comfort with in-person teamwork in an office setting.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and distribute monthly fund performance reports.
• Review Shareholder Reports and Prospectuses for all fund classes.
• Help produce and review international regulatory documents for Worldwide Funds.
• Reconcile performance between platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with other teams on central initiatives.
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of benchmarks.
• Address ad-hoc requests from investment teams promptly.
