Professional Contractor Supply seeks an Inventory Manager to lead strategy, forecasting, and performance across its complex, multi-location distribution network in Las Vegas. The role owns the inventory strategy to ensure products sit in the right branches to meet contractor and online customer demands, reporting to the VP of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include setting reorder points, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating stock transfers, analyzing demand trends, and driving cost

Formación

• 5+ years in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP / inventory management system; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement inventory management policies to keep levels optimal across locations.
• Set reorder points, safety stock, and targets with branch and sales teams.
• Balance inventory across locations and coordinate stock transfers.
• Manage demand forecasting methods and measure forecast accuracy.
• Partner with purchasing to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
• Manage item setup and data integrity in NetSuite for accurate reporting.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and drive corrective actions.
• Build inventory performance reporting and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Minimize excess/obsolete inventory through aging analysis and dispositions.
• Maintain supplier relationships for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with business goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
