Job summary

Ford Audio-Video (Ford AV) in Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Control & Division Support to keep our warehouse and offices running smoothly. This hybrid role blends hands-on inventory management with administrative duties to support multiple departments and keep workflows on track.

You will maintain accurate records, assist with shipments, perform cycle counts, and help with receiving, transfers, and orders for jobs, demos, and service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF barcode scanning.
• Strong computer skills, including data entry, typing, and 10-key operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification a plus).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage inventory flow efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• A clean driving record for occasional inventory deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, receiving and processing shipments, and documenting inbound freight.
• Inspect, unload, and document inbound freight while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records of material movement for jobs, sales orders, demos, and service needs.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in received materials with the purchasing team.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, track, and process transfers.
• Keep warehouse organized and conduct periodic cycle counts.
• Occasional deliveries with a clean driving record when needed.
• Support quarterly inventory audits and assist team members as backup.
• Provide phone, scheduling, onboarding support; assist with daily logs and basic accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain smooth workflows and office systems.
