Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking an Inventory & Sourcing Specialist to manage inventory transactions, allocate stock, and process orders. You will liaise with warehouses, vendors and customers to ensure accurate data and timely shipments.

Based on a Seattle on-site role, you will coordinate with Quality Assurance and logistics to optimize product movement, sustain traceability, and support export readiness. Remote Fridays may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience in related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory processes, operations, warehousing and/or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• AA Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations across sales, inventory management, and product movement by leveraging ERP systems and purchase orders.
• Resolves failed EDI transactions daily and ensures accurate data flow.
• Creates and tracks purchase orders, verifies required approvals, and ensures traceability information.
• Manages stock transfers to consolidate inventory and prepare products for export.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across operations, logistics, sales, and warehousing to drive outcomes.
