Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Seattle, WA, is seeking an Inventory & Sourcing Specialist to manage inventory transactions, allocations, and order processes. You will liaise with warehouses, vendors and customers, ensuring accurate data flow and timely shipments in a highly organized environment.

Key duties include handling stock receipts, purchase orders, traceability, and cross-functional collaboration with QA and logistics teams. On-site work with potential remote Fridays is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience in related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory processes, operations, warehousing and/or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• AA Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations across sales, inventory management, and product movement within ERP.
• Receives stock in compliance with inventory standards and resolves order issues.
• Creates and tracks purchase orders; verifies required approvals and traceability information.
• Manages stock transfers and coordinates with warehouses and vendors.
• Works onsite to build strong team connections and solve problems in real time.
