Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain with Bachelor's, or 5+ years with Master's.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and negotiating sourcing opportunities.
• Manufacturing/Ingredients experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and category management for ingredients, identifying supplier partners.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and other units to align procurement with product timelines and brand objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, RFPs and negotiations with department leadership.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct business reviews, addressing performance and risk.
• Develop multi-year category vision and strategies based on data and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through supplier collaboration.
