Trident Seafoods seeks a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to support the Outside Wholesale Team. You will assist with pricing, quotations, orders, and supplier coordination from a remote home office, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, administrative, and customer service support to the Outside Wholesale Team; assist with sourcing, pricing, quotations, and order processing.
• Act as liaison between wholesale customers, Purchasing, and Distribution to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain product and pricing information; resolve customer concerns; support sales initiatives with promotional materials.
• Create and maintain price sheets, spreadsheets, and other sales documents; manage emails and calls from wholesale customers.
• Coordinate customer follow-up activities and assist with sales call planning; ensure products are ordered, received, and shipped on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly; research potential suppliers, products, and pricing opportunities.
