Job summary

Puffco is seeking an Inventory Manager for our Los Angeles HQ, a hybrid role requiring in-office work 2-3 days per week. You will handle day-to-day inventory transactions, collaborate with Finance and Logistics, and support cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, domains, or workflows.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with multitasking capability.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day inventory transactions from inbound to outbound with data integrity.
• Maintain shipping log with status, ETA, ASN, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Finance and Logistics on landed costs, audits, and cycle counts.
• Support Sales, Quality, Marketing, Events, and Customer Service with inventory needs.
• Manage 3PL operations with clear communications and follow-ups.
• Investigate discrepancies, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement across planning and processes.
