Puffco is seeking an articulate, self-motivated Account Manager for our Downtown Los Angeles HQ, in-office 4-5 days/week. You will nurture wholesale client relationships, manage existing accounts, and develop new opportunities while supporting sales and customer service teams.

The role offers a base of $80,000–$84,000 with commission, with compensation determined by experience and skillset. Local candidates only.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years' experience working in a similar role.
• Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Experience using the Salesforce platform.

Aufgaben

• Grow existing book of business.
• Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email and phone daily.
• Review unfulfilled orders, identify issues, and coordinate with teams to resolve delays.
• Follow up with existing clients for payment, restock, and product recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and collect payments.
• Update customer records in CRM as required.
• Collaborate with sales to monitor orders and ensure timely processing.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally and report issues.
