Job summary

Puffco, a leader in cannabis technology, seeks an Account Manager to nurture wholesale relationships from our Downtown Los Angeles HQ. The role requires in-office work 4–5 days a week, with a competitive base and commission structure.

You will grow the existing client base, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with sales and customer service to deliver excellence. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience using Salesforce platform.
• Passion for customer success and value creation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing book of business.
• Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email and phone daily.
• Review unfulfilled orders and coordinate with teams to resolve delays.
• Follow up with clients for payment, restock, and product recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and collect payments.
• Collaborate with sales to monitor orders and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain customer records in CRM as required.
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally and report issues.
