DOXA Insurance Holdings in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and business analysis across multiple business units. This early-career finance role offers exposure to executive reporting and strategic decision-making within a growing organization.

The analyst will work with finance leadership to maintain models, prepare reporting packages, analyze performance, and identify trends to inform decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 0-3 years of FP&A or related analytical experience; internship is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly financial reporting, including P&L, metrics, and dashboards.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to budget/forecast.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Maintain and update financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Assist in executive reporting packages and management presentations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and concerns.
• Support KPI reporting and ensure consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams to validate results.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and finance initiatives.
• Participate in process improvements and reporting automation.
