Job summary

Reporting to the OMHC Director, the incumbent will supervise intake staff, monitor documentation, and coordinate with clinical supervisors to improve throughput and client access while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Licensed in Maryland as LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health documentation, productivity standards, and clinical operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Intake Department.
• Establish standardized intake workflows and procedures.
• Monitor referrals from receipt through scheduling, admission, or disposition.
• Ensure referrals are answered within agency timeframes.
• Provide supervision and coordinate with clinical supervisors on assignments.
• Develop routine intake-related reports and monitor waitlists.
