Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through networking with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to achieve production goals.
• Build strong relationships with Specialty Carriers for pricing and coverage access.
• Pre-qualify submissions and focus on high-probability opportunities.
• Analyze submissions to determine best carrier, coverage, and premium.
• Gather client risk information to identify additional quote opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends impacting underwriting guidelines and pricing.
• Lead and train support teams when assigned.
• Travel as needed to engage with clients.
