Qualifications

• 1-year customer service experience required.
• Payment and/or billing experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Detailed-oriented and strong verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries.
• Handles both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products.
• Maintains a high level of customer service in a call queue.
