After successful completion of onsite training for up to 4 weeks, and depending on performance, the position will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.**Insurance Premium Payment Associate**Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries throughout the day in a higher volume call queue environment. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time.
