Job summary

Universal Insurance Programs, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to insureds, agents and partners. You will handle policy servicing, COIs/EOIs, endorsements, and maintenance of client records.

The role supports underwriting and service teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A professional demeanor, strong communication, and accuracy are essential; insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to insureds, agents, and business partners
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Evidence of Insurance (EOIs)
• Assist with policy endorsements, changes, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Request and track loss runs
• Maintain accurate account records and policy documentation
• Follow up on outstanding items and policy requirements
• Assist with policy issuance and delivery
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, agents, carriers, and internal teams
• Support underwriting and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement
