Berkley One is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ to join our Contact Center. You will deliver best-in-class service to high-net-worth clients and broker partners across phone, chat, and email, ensuring accurate policy servicing and strong customer experiences.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote), with hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Base salary ranges from $48k to $52k, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
• Strong problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate service to customers and broker partners across channels.
• Handle inbound inquiries and service requests with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Process policy transactions including quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and payments.
• Document all interactions clearly and compliantly.
• Verify customer identities per regulatory and security protocols.
• Support agents with policy inquiries and quote-to-bind activities.
• Provide training on internal systems, billing, and claims platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
