Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a Property and Casualty Insurance company, at the Whitehouse Station, NJ hybrid site. The CSR will support agency partners and internal teams, process policy changes by email, and handle renewals, quotes, new lines, and endorsements with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong computer skills with multi-tasking and file management.
• Experience handling quotes and policy change requests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the business goals for client agencies and internal partners.
• Process policy changes via email requests; handle renewals, quotes, new lines and endorsements.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a high-quality experience for agents.
• Learn personal lines insurance concepts (home, auto, valuables) and apply them professionally.
• Triage diverse email requests and manage multiple tasks to meet SLAs.
• Backfill resources allocated to projects; handle routine administrative work.
