Responsibilities

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and related case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes; draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters with deadlines; communicate case status to clients.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team with high-quality work.
