Vogrinc Search Group presents an Insurance Coverage Attorney – Litigation (CA) role in Los Angeles. Hybrid arrangement in a leading international law firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group, handling high-value coverage disputes for domestic and international insurers.

Ideal candidate has a CA bar, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and drafting capabilities for pleadings and discovery.

Formación

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Active California Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive Civil litigation experience
• Experience analyzing insurance policies and coverage issues preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
• Strong drafting skills: pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, memoranda
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Excellent attention to detail and client service orientation

Responsabilidades

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions, recommendations, and advice for insurer clients
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis and other tools
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation
• Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives with efficiency and precision
