BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney for its New York City office. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience handling D&O management liability, EPL, LPL and E&O claims and will contribute to a collaborative, high‑level practice.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 3–5 years of experience interpreting D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O and other insurance policies.
• 2+ years of Lloyd's of London program accounts experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers.
• Monitor D&O, EPL, LPL and E&O cases nationwide.
• Retain and communicate with defense counsel for insureds.
• Prepare bordereau and other client-specific reports.
• Report to and meet with underwriters and program producers.
