Job summary

You will analyze policies, draft opinions, and monitor D&O, EPL, LPL and E&O matters across the U.S., supporting a growing national firm. Hybrid work arrangement offers flexibility and opportunities to work with Lloyd’s of London program accounts, contributing to sophisticated, client-focused insurance coverage matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years interpreting D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O insurance policies.
• Drafting coverage opinions and letters.
• 2+ years Lloyd’s of London program experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimers.
• Monitor D&O, EPL, LPL, and E&O cases across the U.S.
• Coordinate with defense counsel for insureds.
• Prepare bordereau and client reports.
• Report to underwriters and program producers.
