This hybrid role is based in the New York City office, offering collaboration with partners, associates, and claims professionals across the firm. A J.D. from an accredited law school and an active New York license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters.
• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law in New York in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance coverage issues involving professional lines claims (D&O, E&O).
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and related communications.
• Evaluate claims, policies, and litigation materials to assess coverage obligations and exposure.
• Assist with coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery materials.
• Advise clients on coverage matters and coordinate with claims professionals and counsel.
• Communicate with clients and participate in hearings and arguments.
