Markent Personnel represents an international law firm seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate/Senior Associate/Litigation Attorney in a hybrid role across Irvine, LA, or SF. The practice focuses on complex coverage disputes and market conduct matters for domestic and international insurers.

Ideal candidates hold a CA Bar in good standing with 3+ years in insurance coverage litigation, strong research/writing, and the ability to draft coverage opinions and litigation documents.

Qualificações

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations.
• Experience drafting litigation documents.
• Experience in depositions and mediations.
• Familiarity with bad faith, CGL, property, E&O, and D&O.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide actionable coverage recommendations.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation.
• Engage with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives.
