Job summary

Deckers Brands in California Hybrid (Remote + Occasional On-Site) is seeking a Corporate Insurance Analyst to support our global insurance programs, claims oversight, and risk data reporting.

You will work with brokers, carriers, and internal teams on renewals, COIs, and contracts, plus contribute to budgeting and actuarial analysis for renewals. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in insurance or risk management, a finance/economics degree, and strong Excel, Oracle, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Risk Management, Insurance, Math, or Economics/Business.
ARM or AIC certification is a plus.
4+ years of progressive experience in insurance, claims, risk management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Support the administration of global insurance programs including property, casualty, workers’ compensation, liability, cargo, EPL, and cyber.
Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders for COIs and renewal submissions.
Assist with claims intake, reporting, and coordination with adjusters and carriers.
Maintain risk data reporting and dashboards (SOVs, COPE, insurance spend).
Contribute to budgeting and actuarial analysis for renewals and accruals.
Research market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments.
