Responsibilities

• Support the Portfolio Steering strategy for assigned lines.
• Analyze portfolio performance and recommend optimization.

• Collaborate with Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Finance, Product.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and governance.
• Identify opportunities for process and IT improvements.
• Share best practices through written communication and workshops.
