Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Extensive experience with RMIS, Power BI, and Excel required.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverages and policy language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for insurance renewal to obtain favorable terms and costs.
• Serve as RMIS system administrator, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Analyze trends in claim data impacting cost of risk.
• Manage check issuance from the claims system and related accounts.
• Report claims activity to Finance and respond to trend inquiries.
• Maintain and renew certificates of insurance with brokers and vendors.
• Advise on appropriate insurance levels for each vendor.
• Coordinate annual actuarial study data and quarterly monitoring models.
• Ensure CMS Section 111 compliance and reporting with RMIS/vendor teams.
