Job summary

Penn Mutual seeks a Sr. Administrative Associate to support field managers and financial professionals in sales and marketing operations. This hybrid role is based in Kansas City, MO or Dallas, TX with on-site attendance three days per week.

You will handle new business processing, provide updates to professionals and managers, coordinate with Home Office and external admins, and prepare illustrations while delivering proactive service to policyholders.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of insurance/securities or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with field managers and financial professionals.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications for accuracy and submission.
• Provide updates and reports to Financial Professionals and Field Manager.
• Coordinate with Home Office, Underwriting, and third-party admins.
• Prepare basic illustrations as needed and deliver proactive service.
