Job summary

Penn Mutual is seeking a Sr. Administrative Associate in a hybrid role, based in Kansas City, MO or Dallas, TX with on-site attendance three days per week. You will support field managers and financial professionals in sales and marketing operations, handling new business and communications.

The position requires knowledge of insurance and securities products, strong organizational and communication skills, and 3–5 years of related experience. A base salary range is provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of insurance/securities or related experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance and securities products.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Processes all new business including review and electronic submission.
• Provides updates and reports to Financial Professionals and Field Manager.
• Builds relationships with Home Office and other administrators to handle issues.
• Prepares basic illustrations as needed.
• Delivers proactive service to professionals and policyholders.
