CNH Industrial is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and continually improve training for dealer technicians, internal staff, and end-user customers. The role focuses on applying adult learning principles and delivering scalable training across web-based, virtual, instructor-led, and performance-support formats.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and training developers to translate complex topics into learner-centered content, with a hybrid schedule (3 days

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years of relevant instructional design experience.
• Two or more years of instructional design or training development experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodology and instructional design best practices.
• Experience developing training for technical, operational, or systems-based content.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with training development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe tools, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 10–20% as needed.

Mansioni

• Design and develop learner-centered training solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Lead design efforts for operational support and precision farming training across formats.
• Partner with SMEs, product support, and developers to define objectives, assessments, and delivery methods.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, learner-centered experiences for diverse audiences.
• Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and guidelines for consistency and scalability across programs.
• Review existing content and recommend improvements for structure and engagement.
• Ensure appropriate tone and learning approaches for customer-facing content in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance data for continuous improvement.
