Job summary

Tricon Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to develop learning experiences that close skill gaps and support organizational goals. You will conduct needs analyses, design cost-effective training, and create engaging materials using solid instructional design methodologies.

You will manage LMS content and reporting as lead administrator, produce facilitator and participant guides, eLearning modules, job aids, and assessments, and measure ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of instructional design experience, including 3 years in eLearning.
• 1 year as LMS administrator (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred).
• Experience in needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training.
• Familiar with ILT, eLearning, blended, and microlearning formats.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs to define learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging eLearning, ILT, and blended solutions.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Manage LMS content, reporting, and communicate ROI.
