Job summary

Oorwin AI in Orlando, FL is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to develop learning experiences that address skill gaps and support organizational goals. You will conduct needs analyses, design and manage LMS content, and create engaging materials across facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and job aids.

The role includes leading LMS administration, reporting, and evaluating learning outcomes. Ability to design instructor-led training for groups and work across technical/utility

Qualifications

• 4+ years instructional design and/or technical writing experience
• 3+ years designing and developing eLearning
• 1 year LMS administrator experience (Cornerstone preferred)
• Experience managing full instructional design projects (needs analysis, content design, delivery, evaluation)
• Experience delivering ILT, eLearning, blended, and microlearning programs

Responsibilities

• Develop learning experiences to address skill gaps and organizational goals
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and design cost-effective training solutions
• Create facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, eLearning modules, and assessments
• Manage LMS content, reporting, and training transcripts
• Measure training effectiveness and communicate ROI
