A1 Garage Door is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Phoenix hybrid team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality learning solutions that drive performance and readiness across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective training, create blended learning experiences, and ensure quality and branding standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Design and develop learner-centered training using adult learning principles.
• Translate needs into effective learning solutions and materials.
• Create blended learning including ILT, virtual, and eLearning.
• Apply ADDIE, Agile, or Bloom’s taxonomy to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and ensure real-world relevance.
• Develop instructional materials with modern design tools.
• Ensure consistency with branding and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training using adult learning principles.
• Translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Create blended learning, including ILT, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning.
• Maintain LMS/LXP assets and support enterprise deployment.
• Ensure accuracy, proofreading, and quality control prior to release.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and priorities.
