• Ability to design and develop engaging training using a variety of modalities and methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading/editing.

• Manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholder relationships to understand business, audience and content needs.
• Develop content using various learning technology tools and resources.
• Analyze, build, and maintain new hire training programs.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery across markets.
• Design course‑level assessments and analyze evaluation results.
• Manage end‑to‑end instructional design process with urgency and results.
• Maintain LMS content, enrollments, and run reports.
