Qualifications

• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Manage course revisions with the development team and subject matter experts.
• Create and revise curriculum using sound instructional design principles.
• Assist faculty with curricular challenges and troubleshooting.
• Lead design meetings with faculty and practitioners.
• Support faculty in program review, assessment, and improvement processes.
• Determine appropriate instructional strategies and delivery technologies.
• Define learning outcomes and create course assessments.
• Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and development for projects.
• Ensure course materials meet accessibility and copyright standards.
